This F-104 Starfighter is on display at the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum. It is painted as N813NA, an F-104N flown by NASA and lost in an accident. This aircraft is actually an F-104G, c/n 9142, originally delivered to the Belgian air force.

NASA's Stratospheric Observatory For Infrared Astronomy (SOFIA) was built into a Boeing 747SP-21, c/n 21441, that was originally delivered to Pan Am in 1977 as N536PA. The aircraft later served United Airlines as N145UA. In NASA service it now carries US civil registration N747NA.

Looking aft inside NASA's first Shuttle Carrier Aircraft (SCA), N905NA, in 2004. The domed pressure bulkhead at the far end of the cabin is clearly visible.

Modified from a former American Airlines 747-123, N9668, almost all of the interior furnishings were removed. Significant structural modifications were made to accommodate the weight and aerodynamic loads of the Space Shuttle. Some of the structural modifications are visible above and aft of the doors closest to the camera.
