Its fall time, I guess this tree doesn't know what time of the year new growth should start to come up. I am not much of a tree hugger, but this tree in particular grabs my attention every time I see it. Its very healthy and always green and full.

First shot out of my new camera. The old one had a issue with holding in the SD card. But a quick call to B&H and a new upgrade was in the mail. Now I need to get it all set up so that I can start to learn how to use it. An amazing camera, but I will have a bit to learn.

So the funny thing is I chased a Logger Strike around the park for about 3 months trying to get a good shot. I chased him so much that it occured to be I was most likely stressing him out. So I decieded that I should just give up. A couple days ago when I was out trying to photograph Manatees, guess who came to see me.

Just a blade or two of grass that has a bit of purple shade to it. If I recall correctly this is called pampas grass.
