A motorbike does a wheelie and pivots around the back wheel when the rider applies enough throttle to generate a strong torque at the rear wheel. This torque accelerates the bike forward rapidly, causing the front wheel to lift off the ground.
Here's why:
The engine’s torque pushes the rear wheel against the ground.
According to Newton’s third law, the ground pushes back with an equal force, which causes the front of the bike to rotate upward.
The pivot point is the rear wheel, because it's the only point in contact with the ground when the front lifts.
This is essentially a rotational effect caused by torque overcoming the bike’s centre of mass and inertia.
It may look impressive, but it's a risky manoeuvre - especially if it happens "unintentionally" (just look on "YouTube").
I don't think the pillion passenger was quite ready.

Riding a motorcycle is more physically demanding than driving a car because it requires full-body coordination, balance, and constant engagement. Motorcyclists must use their entire body to steer, shift gears, and maintain stability, especially at low speeds or on uneven terrain. Unlike car drivers, who sit comfortably with minimal movement, riders must brace against wind resistance, manage changing road conditions, and remain alert to maintain control and safety. This level of physical involvement makes motorcycle riding a much more active and demanding experience.

On a bike you are not only "out in the weather" but you are also amongst the wildlife.
Bugs on a cars windscreen can be a nuisance - its a bit more personal on a bike especially if you wear an open faced helmet.
When your car is splattered with bird S**T give a thought for the bikers.
