Fire Wave Trail at Valley of Fire State Park, Nevada. This is a relatively new trail that’s not on some maps but is easily seen and accessible. I was only here for about 90 min at the end of a cloudy day in December, but it would have been worth many hours of exploring. I recall reading somewhere that it can get 120 degrees in the summer and may not be recommended in the hottest days of summer.
