How lucky to have these amazing clouds during our visit!

Godafoss translates as 'the waterfall of the gods'", is one of Iceland's most famous natural wonders, located in the northeastern region of the country. It is a beautiful and historically significant part of Skjalfandafljot, Iceland's fourth-largest river. Godafoss cascades over a curved edge, measuring approximately 100 feet (30 meters) in width and dropping 39 feet (12 meters) into a serene and picturesque pool.

Jökulsárlón is a famed glacial lake with floating icebergs and wildlife sightings of seals and skuas.

At the time of our visit, we didn't witness any wildlifes, most of the icebergs had disappeared and the remaining few were no longer pristine. Nevertheless, the view was still breathtaking and we enjoyed our evening hike along the west side of the lake!

We were fortunate to have a glimpse of the sun in between the clouds from time to time! 😊😊😊
