On Tuesday 24 May the Elizabeth Line formerly Crossrail opened so this was my second visit to take pictures. .Crossrail was the largest engineering project in Europe with 42 Kilometers of new tunnels under Central Lomdon costing 18 billion pounds and 10 new stations. On this second visit I took in Whitechapel and Canary Wharf. This is a shot of coming down escalators to Platform level at Whitechapel Station. The shot was taken with a Sony A550 handheld.
