.....like watching the waves crash against the rocks. For those of you who do not live near the sea, I thought you might like to a sample of one of my favourite little things. This is Portland Bill in Dorset: one of Phill and mine's favourite places. It is just under two hours drive from us, but we go there quite a few times a year, preferring it in the winter when it is more dramatic. Believe it or not we have seen it a lot worse than this. You can see the two gulls just sitting there, not matter how high the waves roll.
