Semiadult male siamese cobra (about 1m).
Taken at Peter Zürcher's great reptile zoo in Carinthia/Austria. He took the snakes out into the garden especially for the shooting.

Sadly Fred died from a heart failure a week after the shooting. My sympathy to the snakekeeper - Fred was an outstanding snake as I learned at the shooting.
