This must be one of the last series 3 land rovers still registered to the british army, does anyone know its history, the picture was taken at The Lord Mayors Show in London in 2008

This Morris Commercial is in Northern Cyprus, it was part of the Greek military during the Turkish invasion of 1974, it forms part of the memorial to the event

I took driving lessons in one of these trucks in Germany in the late 70s, it had no power steering a crash gearbox and went at a maximum speed of 30 MPH, the truck was a right hand drive one which made it even harder to drive

This picture was taken In Cyprus in 1973, we used to maintain the observation posts on the hills between Limassol and Larnaca, quite often the Bedford RL would have to be reversed up the hills which were very steep with no form of road up them and nowhere to turn round at the top, the driver used to say that it was more frightening reversing down, the strength of these petrol engined 4 wheel drive vehicles is amazing
