Image Description: |
Many people see a desert as an area of endless fields of sanddunes. But a desert can have many different faces. The East Sahara in Egypt for example (thats the part on the right side of the river Nil) is a Stone Desert. Here the view is dominated by rockyx mountains and gravel fields. Its an inhospitable but fascinating place. I made that photo while the driver was dashing with 80 km/h (50 mph) over the track. An ambishes challenge, very close to fitness training. |
