This wonderful sight is from Bako national park. A good day trek from park HQ but well worth the effort over tough terrain. An ankle was twisted on the way back. Not mine. The water has high levels of tannins in it which makes the water both tea brown, and foamy.
The single HDR conversion came out better than the 3 frame in this case.

There’s people have been roaming the seas for centauries, and now they governments of Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines are forcing these people to settle. Only problem is, all three governments are trying to get them to settle on the other governments land. These poor people, once proud of their nomadic sea life have been moved back and forth now for 8 years, and no sign of a passport from any country materializing.

This man was introduced to me on a road house in Sulawesi.
After we got on to the subject of his profession he admitted that he was the head of a local organizational syndicate. And that locally, this was referred to as the mafia. He was quite proud, but modest that he was know locally as the God Father.
