Architects F. Pierpont Davis and Walter S. Davis designed the elaborate garden apartments in 1926, drawing on Romanesque and Moorish influences. Declared a Los Angeles Historic Cultural Monument (No. 397) in 1988 (No. 397). Located at 2000 North Highland Avenue in Hollywood, California.

Designed by Architect F. Pierpont Davis in a subdued Craftsman style for Thomas A. Churchill Sr. in 1909. Designated a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument in 1992. (No. 568).

Located at 215 S. Wilton Place in the Wilton Place Historic Preservation Overlay Zone (HPOZ). The Wilton Historic District is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

Brothers F. Pierpont and Walter Davis were selected as the architects for the Romanesque style church, decided by a competition judged by Ernest Coxhead, William Templeton Johnson and the Rev. George A. Davidson. The reinforced concrete church is a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument (No. 516) dedicated in 1991. On May 5, 2000 the church was listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

Architects Pierpont and Walter S. Davis designed the English Tudor Revival style house for H.M. Easton and Morris Mumper in 1921. Noted for its elaborate patterned brick facade. Other commisions by the architects include the Villa de'Este Apartments in West Hollywood and St. John's Episcopal Church.

Located at 2027 North Serrano Avenue in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles.
