Architect Paul R. Williams designed the Colonial Revival style house for William H. Theobald and his wife Alvarita in 1930. Theobold was an automobile dealer, born in Ohio in 1882. The house is located at 237 North Toyopa Drive in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles, California.
