This group evolved out of the the Brooklyn string band the Dust Busters, which I photographed at a Willesden Folk Union event in London in 2011 (
www.flickr.com/photos/kmlivemusic/albums/72157627198998842/). In 2012 when Craig Judelman left and was replaced by Jackson Lynch the band changed its name. They have also spread round the country, with Smith remaining in Brooklyn, Shepherd now based in Lexington, KY and Lynch in New Orleans, LA.
