Lineup: Roy Gullane (v/g), Phil Smillie (flute/whistle/bodhrán), John Martin (fiddle), Lorne MacDougall (highland bagpipes/border pipes/low whistle).
I seem to see this group at ten year intervals (the other times were 1998 and 2008), plus a short Late Night Sessions set in 2011 (see
www.flickr.com/photos/kmlivemusic/sets/72157625827082487/). Roy Gullane, Phil Smillie and John Martin have been in the band each time. For the first two they were a quintet with Leslie Wilson on bouzouki. There has been a three different pipers during this time - Duncan J Nicholson, Colin Melville and now Lorne MacDougall (who joined in 2014).
