One of the migrating spring gulls hanging out at Cottonwood Island Nature Park in Prince George, BC.
Every spring we get a mix of gulls that seem to like the gravel bars at the confluence area of the Fraser and Nechacko Rivers (mostly Ring-billed and Herring Gulls, but there are usually some California, Short-billed and Bonaparte's Gulls in the mix, with the occasional rare appearance by an Iceland / Franklin's / Glaucous / Glaucous-winged Gull)
