The icebergs of Røde Ø are very inviting for cruising with Zodiacs. Spending hours here, silent waters, reflections, impressive icebergs, lots of sunshine, perfect weather. Taken around noon, the sun is already low in September and will not get much higher at this time of the year.

We are in the Røde Fjord, part of the Scoresby Sund, the largest fjord in the world at the east coast of Greenland. A slight breeze, very cold on deck that morning in September, but the grand opening of light in the fjord was an amazing sight.

Around 6am sunrise started with colors i hardly seen before, fresh clean air became on fire. It was freezing cold on deck, but the grand opening of light in the fjord was an amazing sight.
