The Oklahoma City National Memorial offers an amazingly moving, reflective and tranquil remembrance to the 168 people who lost their lives in and around the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building at 9:02 in the morning on April 19th, 1995. Two black-clad arches inscribed 9:01 and 9:03 bracket the time of the attack and a reflective pool. To one side, 168 chair sculptures are arranged, one per victim, according to the floor they were on at the time of the attack.
