Although the wind was screaming in my ears, it was a scene of serenity and breathtaking majesty at the rugged dramatic coast line of South Africa's Cape Point Nature Reserve. To my delight, as the sun set on the other side of the peninsula, the radiating clouds turned a beautiful pink and wonderfully complemented this scene. In the background humid ocean air turns into clouds at the coastal mountain peaks, which then are blown inland over the fynbos covered plains. I left, knowing that I had born witness to one of those breathtaking scenes that occur somewhere on this planet every day.
