This is lifer number two on day one of the birding trip to southeastern Arizona with my twin brother. I thought that this damsel was a Rambur's Forktail but male Rambur's Forktails are green on the thorax whereas this forktail is blue. Jim Johnson of Western Odonata suggested that this forktail is an andromorph female rather than a male as I had considered.
