It was short holiday this year, only one day between the hackberry and lilacs. :)

This manor, Forsmark's new manor house is located in Uppland, a few miles north of Stockholm, Sweden.

Forsmark Manor is one of Sweden's best preserved mansions. It was built in 1774 and is today owned by Forsmark's power industry.
The original farm was burned by the Russians in 1719 and a new bigger was needed when the iron industry developed and the neighborhood became prosperous and rich
The new mansion became a French-inspired stone house on three floors with two prominent parties on the main facade. Two large throwing gates end the park around the building.
