Taken yesterday for Saturday Self-Challenge group. This week's theme is "postcard". The weather has been glorious for the past couple of weeks. I walked with friends along the cliff path from Hook lighthouse to Slade then back along rural lanes, 3.4 miles in total. This slightly longer alternative return route avoided the field with cows, I'm a bit afraid of walking through cows, so once was enough.

Sorry about my lack of comments lately, we have had family visits & the garden is keeping us both busy. Martin is doing OK, nothing untoward to report. We are waiting on repeat CT scans & consultant appointments in July/Aug so we'll know more then. Thank you for keeping us in your thoughts & prayers.
