Found this lovely scene on the way to meet up with Phill. Our 1st location wasn't very inspiring and Phill had also passed the nice spot on his way to meet up so off we went to light it up. Cracking chiilled night with a bench just out of shot and the cars parked about 20 meters away.

Ludwig only has 1 task while he resides on this complicated planet and that is to report back to his superiors once every 6 months on his observations. Not once in the 24 years that he has been here, has he delivered that report on-time. The head officer Derek has had just about enough of Ludwig's tardiness, but Ludwig doesn't seem to care and just walks out of the meeting to get some lunch.

Out and about with Phill at a well visited spot, really just met up for a weekend social as the long spell of poor weather is starting to become frustrating. After a cuppa and a chat, we walked just over from where we had parked and messed about lighting this row of Silver Birch trees.

Out and about with Phill in the forest all day. It was the sunniest day we've had in some time, still trying to dodge the wind and rain later in the evening, though it was fairly sheltered in the shallow valley we found ourselves in after walking for 20 mins. A great spot with a nice little forest bridge.

Another visit to this limestone quarry with Phill. We were here about a year ago but have shot from a totally different angle. It was a late one as Phill had dropped his keys at some point during our visit and as the access is a obstacle course of brambles and barbed wire fences it was a difficult search. After spending a while looking in the site we decided to retrace our journey into the site and luckily Phill spotted his keys on the grass verge about 40 meters from where we had parked our cars. Phew!
