This winter is so extreme that many snow and cold records have been broken in different parts of the country.

From the window you can see the top of the little garden, treetops and the top of the fence.

We've been having the most severe winter for decades and it has been like this for the last 3 months, with no end in sight.

We are buried in snow and the temperatures have been lower than -30C/ -22F for several weeks.
