The westbound Amtrak Pennsylvanian breezed into 2020 with the New Year's Day protect power headed back home. That power was a now rare GE B32-8WH, replacing a wounded P42DC as they blitz through CP PORT.

There's not a lot that excites me on the rails in the Harrisburg area anymore. PSR has taken the air out of my sails. All the power is wide and all the leaders black and white (save for a heritage unit). So when I heard of a standard cab leader on an eastbound grain train I was excited. When I saw that it left Conway the day before I figured no way I'd see it. Well, luck was on my side on this day as the train slow rolled it's way across the Commonwealth and I was able to grab the colorful consist (and great leader) as they left Pennsylvania's capital city.
