Juhani Aaltonen has been performing since the late 1950s, and has since led his own groups and collaborated with Edward Vasala, Heikki Sarmanto and others. The Quartet included Iro Haarla and Ulf Krokfors who played another gig at the Festival as part of a Trio (see link above).
