This gig was billed in the name of the participating musicians, but actually featured the group Torus. This quartet performed in the Essex area in the 1980s and reformed in 2011. Mick Sexton (an original member) and Trevor Taylor seem to have played all the dates of the new version of the group, with Gary Plumley (another original member) and Mornington Lockett, and Andrea Vicari and Jonathan Gee alternating in the other spots in the lineup. The repertoire harks back to the 70s and 80s compositions by the likes of Mike Mainieri, Michael Brecker and Keith Jarrett.
