One of my favorite pizzas; bake the crust first with just a skim of tomato sauce (we used 6-in-1 ground tomatoes); then when it is still piping hot layer on the prosciutto, sprinkle with arugula and fresh figs shaved parmagiano cheese, then drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Truly delectable; the tang of the tomatoes and arugula complements the salty ham and sweet figs. It also qualifies as a one-dish meal since it has the main food groups !
