Surrounded by a forest consisting of oldgrowth douglas fir and western redcedar this 30' staircase waterfall is well-hidden in the Central Oregon Coast Range.

This shot was taken at the top "stair" of the falls, which I felt was the most interesting part of the waterfall.

It's been several months since I took my camera on a road trip. The summer heat made me want to just stay home. Plus, our house was remodeled and, with a pandemic still going on, I decided to take a break from photography for a while. It was nice to get back at it, again.
