Manju Sharma, Director of Maintenance and Operations and the highest ranking woman at the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District. All together those departments include 950 employees. She was born in north India, but came to Colorado with her family when she was in high school. She's been a carpenter for 22 years. As I came up she was talking with another woman about how odd it is that there isn't a better name than Block 37. We all agreed, however, that we'd been calling it Block 37 for twenty years and they might as well acknowledge that.
