We went out to a play on Irving Park Road (The Book of LIz at the Chemically Unbalanced Theater Company--highly recommended) and decided to go to dinner at the closest LTH "Great Neighborhood Restaurant." That brought us to Tac Quick on Sheridan. Fabulous food. This is a papaya salad with the twist that the papaya has been fried in a tempura-style batter. So good! Unbelievably cheap. All a great neighborhood restaurant should be.
