Fabulous rock formations seen from Echo Point, Katoomba, Blue Mountains, NSW Australia.
If you look closely at the left side of the base of the blue bit at the first pinnacle you can see some people, gives an idea of scale of these formations. I guess this is Australia's Grand Canyon as the highlights at the top of the image are the far side of the immense gorge. Waited patiently for about an hour hoping the sun would shine on the sisters, just before leaving to return to Sydney this light happened, a very nice reward.

Especially for Montel7
Geometric tiles of the Sydney Opera House, taken by leaning on them looking skywards, a fabulous piece of architecture, no wonder it is photographed so often, hopefully this is a very different view of the building.

This ones for Rob Brindley, a mate and congenial host for my stay in Sydney.
Up close and personal, part of the ceramic tiled surfaces of the Sydney Opera House, a facinating building full of surprises and photo opportunities.
