Farewell to the Holy Well. It'll probably be a while before this feature is cleared.
Things are looking quite grim for Victoria Park, the gorge area in particular. Surprisingly, Joseph Howe and Waddell Falls areas are pretty much intact. I'll have to see what's going on in the upper park later, but my guess is that it's fared better than the lower park which is defined by its extensive gorge with steep slopes (once) populated by thick old growth Eastern Hemlock trees..
