I was pretty happy that we got this snow storm. I never got out enough in the winter to take photos, but luckily I got one more chance.

I took this yesterday, a few days after we had a Spring snow storm that left us with a good amount of snow.

This was my first time ever shooting in "raw", which I'm going to continue to do moving forward now that I have an accurate monitor to edit my pictures on. Raw has it's own challenges (No in-camera lens distortion fix, no in-camera chromatic aberration control, etc etc. But now that I spent a day learning how to manually fix that in camera raw (plugin that comes with Photoshop), I'm not sure I could go back to shooting in Jpeg.
