This river is really impressive in spots, with tall cliffs of stone forming shaded canyons on North River, and impressive stones bursting forth from the ground.

I'd love to walk a lot more of the mountainous stretches of this river, she's really wide in a lot of places and looks a good 13 feet deep.

Just ended my 6 hour hike around Victoria Park & Reservoir Trail...got to the park at 6am, left at 12:15. Was an awesome day and I took all kinds of great shots with my dslr.

Had an awesome time with two beautiful Canadian tiger swallowtail's today. One followed me for 4 hours around the lake and then finally let me photograph him/her at the end before we said our goodbyes.

This little guy didn't mind me being within reaching distance of him while he ate the seeds from this tree. At eye level even! Very social birds these guys.
