Here is a clip of a side-by-side comparison of the two versions of The Road To Here : Street Photography book I made for my prevailing Go Fund Me campaign.

Within this unusually persistent cold snap, last weekend the mist hung low in the valley and there was a remarkable stillness and subtle intensity cast across the creeping winter colours and remnants of autumn.

The first series of images I've made with the potential thought of a music/sideshow in mind. Enjoy... : )

A moment in time: I happened upon this small copse of trees at the side of the road yesterday - at the entrance to the Badminton estate. The light, for a few minutes [the time it took to take these] was absolutely glorious, before... driving off into the sunset.

"I wonder if I'm allowed ever to see
I wonder if I'm allowed to ever be free...

I wonder if I'm allowed just ever to be."

NOTE: Do not view at full screen - all images small resolution. Thanks. : )

A series of images taken during an autumnal wander through the national arboretum that is Westonbirt yesterday: 25th October 2010. [The images are all SOOC]

[Okay, it's not exactly an award winner - given that it, er, took twice as long to save the file than to create it! But I hope you enjoy it's simplicity and the music of Hewit. : )]

If you want to see the full video [3'58"] and you're a Facebook user, you can see it by following this link: www.facebook.com/will.gortoa?v=app_2392950137#!/video/vid...

Oh... and finally: I'd really appreciate it, if you feel the inclination, if some of you wouldn't mind checking out my 15-shot portfolio here: www.onelifephotos.com/portfolioView.php?artist=WillGortoa and voting in the competition. Thank you, kindly. : )

NOTE: Due to Flickr's time restrictions [1' 30"], this video pulls up short. If you should feel so inclined, you can watch the whole video [2' 46"] here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uhtahmc_bUo and please watch/listen by selecting 480p and the funny double-headed arrow next to it [not full screen, though!]

I thank you. Enjoy...

Uh, or not. The potential for any affinity is entirely your own. : )

What can I do with all these superfluous sea and sunset shots? You wait until something moves you... er, like shoving them into the hole where some stuffing came out.

This video contains a beautiful song by the criminally unknown Steven Lindsay: www.myspace.com/stevenlindsay , with words in poetic form by Jónsi from his own new song Sinking Friendships: jonsi.com/ . It also includes photography by someone even more considerably and comfortably unknown than either of the aforementioned! : )
