Yosemite National Valley Park is in California’s Sierra Nevada mountains. It’s famed for its giant, ancient sequoia trees, and for Tunnel View, the iconic vista of towering Bridalveil Fall and the granite cliffs of El Capitan and Half Dome. There is a Vista point that allows you to appreciate the whole valley. Stayed in this place over 2 hours waiting for sunset, other tourists came, took photos, and left… The light shifted and clouds changed so quickly that the view was always different.

The cold of the night is still in the air whilst the mountain tops are engulfed in orange from the rising sun. It is pretty special to be able to enjoy from time to time moments like this on my own in total silence. Watching the sunrise and nature awakening. Everything is calm and peaceful, moments later the birds are tweeting and the first hikers appear.
