A couple of different hibiscus flowers growing on the grounds of the Kula Lodge and Restaurant complex! One that carried some unique colors and the other with a bit of an unusual shape!

Kapalua in Maui has some impressive views and some rugged trails have been replaced with a boardwalk but the boardwalk only extends so far and continuing down the trail will lead you to Hawea Point which for me is more interesting than a sandy beach! I love the rugged shorelines that are under attack by the ocean and offer up a beauty of their very own! I think this couple also enjoyed that type of setting! Standing on the firm rocks was probably better than being in the boat just off the point that was being rocked quite heavily by the waves! Hope everyone had a wonderful Father's Day! Fairly close to the end of the brilliance that was offered up on this day from Hanakao'o Beach Park in Kaanapali! It was a display that lasted quite some time!
