Part of the AT&T stadium tour takes you out onto the field. Actually, you can stay out on the field as long as you'd like (that's where the tour technically ends).
There were a lot of people that brought footballs and played catch out there with their kids- I thought that was neat. So, if you take the tour - bring a football.
Just a quick note about this image. I shot it from about the 35 yard line. I wanted to show what it looks like to line up a 50+ yard field goal. Those uprights are tiny, for sue!

With 1500 guest rooms, 400,000 sq ft of meeting space, several pools, and shopping the Gaylord Texan is a great conference venue.
I attend the same conference every year at this resort and it is always quite nice.

There are many photographic opportunities at the Gaylord Texan. This is the back view of the center of the atrium. The natural light, plants and flowing water make for a relaxing atmosphere.
