Das Design Hotel Hyatt Regency an der Spitze des Hafenbeckens im Düsseldorfer Medienhafen. Das 65 Meter hohe Doppelhochhaus, präsentiert sich in einer stark reduzierten Formensprache. Die zeitlose und spannungsvolle Architektur entsteht allein durch die Form der Baukörper und ihre Stellung zueinander. So bilden die beiden parallel angeordneten Hochhausscheiben einen virtuellen Kubus, der durch Ausschnitte und Zwischenräume eine skulpturale Qualität entwickelt.
The Design Hotel Hyatt Regency at the top of the harbour basin in Düsseldorf's Medienhafen. The 65 meter high double skyscraper presents itself in a greatly reduced design language. The timeless and exciting architecture is created solely by the shape of the buildings and their position in relation to each other. The two skyscrapers arranged in parallel form a virtual cube, which develops a sculptural quality through cut-outs and interspaces.

In 1994 I spent more than 4 months in the fascinating Scotland for work and visited the Highlands, Cairngorms National Park and the Isle of Skye.
Thanks to my local guide and friend Ian who showed me all these beautiful places. At the time I took more than 1000 photos with an analog Canon AE-1 SLR.
Because scanning these photos does not produce good results, the most beautiful ones have now been digitized using AI. The results are not perfect because there are some conversion errors. Still, I am satisfied and want to share these memories with you
