Not far from Hurghada is one of the most interesting resorts in Egypt - El Gouna. This town is often called the Venice of Egypt, because all of its territory are built canals. Currently, the entire resort is managed by a company headed by the Egyptian billionaire Sami Sawiris - it was this man who invested in the development of a unique project and in its implementation.
