Take part in the Hero assault course over a 5 mile (Junior Hero - 2.5km) mission through Preston's stunning Avenham Park and along the mighty River Ribble.
You will fly down 50M Water Slides, Scale Spidey's 40 Meter Mega Net, negotiate The Legendary Bog Of Doom and take on the 20ft wide Inflatable 8 & 9ft high Hero Walls... amongst many other awesome obstacles.
Assistance is of course provided by Ex Military personnel for those going it alone. Watch out for 'The Black Masks'... These acrobatic bad guys patrol the course and are armed with Super Soakers!
Fancy dress is optional...fun is compulsory. Why not do some good and run for a charity, Run for your Hero... with your Hero... be the Hero!
