A little farther along away from Insadong was a long alley area where various people had set up to shake a little cash out of the pockets of passers-by, including this guy at the entrance to the alley, who was making giant bubbles, mostly to entertain the kids, but also the young at heart. I believe part of the trick involves mixing glycerin with your bubble solution, to give it a bit of thickness and therefore stability. Not that the stability lasts longer than a few seconds.
