Save the Elephant Day! What better way to celebrate then with this cute little elephant calf who found a stick to play with? I cannot say enough about elephants and how smart, caring, they have amazing family bonds, and so much more. Truly remarkable animals. This planet would not be the same without them. Tomorrow is Save the Elephant Day! A day set aside each year to raise awareness for the threats elephants face and to celebrate them and just how AMAZING they are! I decided since I have just a couple of elephant pics (or a couple hundred HA!) I would do a Save the Elephant Week. This handsome bull was enjoying a good scratch. There's something about these red elephants that I am drawn to.
