Sitting low to the water in Michael Mitchener's canoe Nessie I found my eyes drawn to the ripples from the droplets falling off of William Self's paddle. Seen at 6am from the inner harbor looking over at the Leslie St Spit.

Photos from Saturday morning's sunrise canoe with Michael Michener and William Self. They paddled us over to the Leslie St Spit and around the yacht club.
On the way back we ran into some speedy rowers. I shot this from far away as they zoomed past the hazy cityscape.

Here's something to warm you up from the impending Snowpocalypse. It's a picture shot from a canoe on a beautiful summer morning paddling around the Leslie St Spit with William Self and Michael Mitchener.
If civilization survives the storm, why dont you come out and warm up with a cappuccino at Voulez Vous Cafe on Thursday night when we have an opening of photos shot during these sunrise canoe trips? The show will be on display for the month of February.
Consider yourself invited.
