i'm back from a 10-day camping trip to Killbear Provincial Park. It was my first time there and Michael Mitchener showed me one of the nice spots, lighthouse point. Thats him on the rock, in dark clothing.

In answer to your question Michael, yes the colour gradation in the rocks does come out in infrared.

Theres something to be said for jumping off the rocks and enjoying the moment before gravity pulls you back to earth.

The view from on top of the rock was amazing. I took this 7-frame panoramic infrared image to capture some of the feeling of being alone on top of a huge piece of granite.

It always amazes me to see life growing in inhospitible conditions, but here it is, glowing with life in Killbear Park.
