I've been on hiatus for a while but I'm happy to be back !

To celebrate spring's arrival I went to see the Sakura blooming in High Park. I have many photos to process, but I liked this lone Sakura by the pond. It's a stitch of two photos and taken in infrared.

The blossoms should be good for a few more days. I highly reccomend a visit if you get a chance, I find them magical.

I'm back from 10 days vacation at Long Point on Lake Erie. Its a fabulous spot with huge sandbars on beaches that go on forever.

We were lucky enough to have friends with a boat who took us out to the lighhouse at the end of Long Point - its only accessible by water. After we had lunch and a walk along shore I noticed the moon was visible behind the lighthouse, and it shows up particularly well in infrared.
