This is where the streetcars go for maintenance and to rest until the morning rush-hour.
Even at that late hour there were a handful of maintenance people around. One came across the road to talk to me while I was taking this shot. He gruffly asked me what I was doing. I replied taking photos of the beautiful fog. He hmph'ed at me and walked away. I guess he didn't see the beauty in the night that I did.
