I took this today in the Lake District. The weather hasn't been bad here. There was a warning for snow, but it was only on the very tops of the mountains. I took some of these from just below The old man of Coniston which I walked up last year in the Spring, but today I just walked around Walna scar.

I came to the Highlands expecting cloud, midges and rain. But instead, the best beaches and clear blue sky! I will post the photos and videos of this trip soon. Today is my last day, it's been just over 3 weeks up here. I took this photo last week.

I have come up to Scotland again for a photography trip. I'm staying in Galloway Forest for 2 nights, then I head up to the Highlands until September 1st. I took these tonight on a bike ride to Loch Dee, I had no idea what it would be like as I just followed a logging track. When I started it was raining, but that cleared up. There were lots of waterfalls and also loads of midges!! It was a really nice route.
