The ascent was gruelling (particularly with asthma) but the views were worth it.
An amusing aside to this photo - when we first completed this walk (over 15 years ago), we were caught out by a sudden downpour of rain. We took shelter behind the wall, with only a black bin liner to keep off the rain. On this occasion there was no rain, but it was very, very windy)
